Apple Unveils iTunes Radio
Apple on Monday (June 10) unveiled a music streaming service that is a key part of its overhauled iOS mobile software.
Apple say it’s the most revolutionary re-design of its operating system since the iPhone was introduced in 2007.
One of the more highly anticipated new features in the revamped platform, iTunes Radio, is free across many Apple devices including iPhones, iPads and even Apple TV.
The iTunes Radio allows listeners to customize their own radio stations by genre, skip songs multiple times, or just tune in to some 200 featured stations.
The smartphone and tablet platform iOS 7 comes with a new edge-to-edge look which uses translucency to highlight underlying content and also has new typefaces and icons.
Apple plans to make the iOS 7 available this fall.
