The death of President Hugo Chávez on March 5th is a big deal not just for Venezuela, but for China as well. China is Venezuela's second largest trading partner. State-run China Development Bank has loaned $42.5 billion to Venezuela since the 1990s in oil-for-loan deals. So what does the death of Chávez mean for China?
